COACH MANU GARBA SAYS HIS TARGET IS TO RETURN TO THE NPFL NEXT SEASON

       
   Gombe United Technical Adviser, Manu Garba OON says his target is to return the Savannah Scorpions back to the elite league (NPFL).
     In a chat after spanking Zaki Mairiga Football Academy 4-0 a friendly match ,the former U-17 World Cup winning coach explained that the club has commenced preparations in earnest for better outing in the NNL.
    Garba said he was impressed with the level of commitment shown by the players, however charged them to redouble efforts in order to achieve set target.
    He expressed appreciation to Governor Dankwambo for the confidence he has in him and and for the financial support to the club.
    According to him more matches would be played to keep the players in shape as he will not take things for granted. And appealed for the early release of kick off funds.
 The first half of the match was a barren one, but after several substitutions in the second stanza a Hat-trick from Usman Babalolo and a goal from Babangamandi, Gombe United won the match 4-0.
