Gov Inuwa Yahaya Attends Funeral Prayer Of Barambu, Prays For The Reposed Of The Departed Soul



Gombe State Governor,
Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has attended the funeral prayers in honour of the late prominent politician and businessman in the state, Alhaji Babawuro Barambu.

The funeral prayers which took place at the Emir's palace in Gombe,  was attended  by hundreds of sympathizers from within and outside the state.

Alhaji Barambu died yesterday in Gombe at the age of 63.

The Governor had earlier in a statement described the late Alhaji Babawuro Barambu as a patriot, philanthropist and astute politician whose valuable contributions to the state shall always be remembered and appreciated.

The Governor extended his heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Government and people of the state,  to the Barambu family and prayed Almighty Allah to grant the deceased Aljannah Firdaus and give the family the fortitude to bear the great loss.

The state Deputy Governor,  Dr Manassah Daniel Jatau,  Chief of Staff, Government House,  Alhaji Abubakar Inuwa Kari,  Principal Private Secretary,  Alhaji Usman kamara were among Government functionaries who accompanied the Governor to the funeral prayers.
