Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya today joined other Governors elected on the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC to rejoice with President Muhammadu Buhari over his victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
The Governors who came under the auspices of Progressives Governors' Forum, were led by the forum's chairman and Kebbi state Governor, Sen. Atiku Bagudu.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya had earlier in a statement hailed the judgement, describing it as a revalidation of the resounding and popular support the President got across the length and breadth of the country.
President Muhammadu Buhari, who appreciated the Governors for the solidarity visit, urged APC leadership to work for the survival of the party so that when he leaves in 2023, APC will maintain its relevance.
Joining Mr. President to receive the Governors were the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomole, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.
