PMB Condoles Gombawa Over Demise Of Wabili, Describes Him As Dependable Ally



A Federal Government delegation today paid a condolence visit to Gombe over the demise of elder statesman and Sarkin  Malaman Gombe, Alhaji Muhammad Wabili, who died   Friday, 5th December, 2019.

The Federal Government's  team, led by the Chief of Staff to the President, Malam Abba Kyari, first visited the Government House, Gombe, where they extended the condolences of President Muhammadu Buhari to the Government and people of Gombe state.

They were received by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, in company of the Secretary to the state Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, Commissioners and other top Government functionaries.

The team,  accompanied by Governor Inuwa Yahaya, later visited the deceased's family at their Tudun Wada residence and condoled with them on the great loss of their patriarch.

The leader of the delegation, Malam Abba Kyari, who spoke through Malam Ya'u Darazo, described the death of Sarkin Malamai as as a personal loss to President Muhammadu Buhari, whom he described as a long standing and dependable ally of the President.

The delegation consisted of Minister of Communications, Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, Senior Special Assistant, Media and Publicity to the President, Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Duties, Malam Ya'u Darazo, Permanent Secretary, State House, Jalal Arabi.

Minister of Communications, Dr. Isa Pantami led a special prayer for Allah to  grant the deceased Aljannah  Firdaus and for Him to comfort the family with fortitude to bear the great loss.
