Gombe NUJ Chairman Rejoices With Muslim Ummah On The Occasion Of Maulud of The Holy Prophet of Islam

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Gombe State Council, has joined  Muslim community in the State and beyond to celebrate the birthday of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

The chairman in a statement, extends warm greetings to all Muslim journalists, media practitioners, and the entire Muslim Ummah in the state on the occasion of maulud Nabiy celebration.

He said as "We celebrate this sacred occasion with gratitude and reverence, reflecting on the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) that emphasize peace, love, and compassion. I urge journalists and media practitioners to uphold the values of integrity, fairness, and balance in their reporting, especially during this period."

The number one journalist in the state Further prayed that the celebration brings us closer to peace, unity, and progress in Gombe State and Nigeria at large.
